Physical Therapy Students: Learn About Our Rehabilitation Certification Programs and Our Student Discount
We know that physical therapy students that graduate with certifications in veterinary rehabilitation have more to offer a potential employer. But finances and school schedules can make this additional training very challenging. With this in mind, CRI has made adjustments to our rehabilitation certification programs just for physical therapy students.
Certification in Canine Rehabilitation (CCRT): Students can start their training by taking Introduction to Canine Rehabilitation any time after their first year. They can then take the second module, Clinical Skills, any time after their second year. After their third year, they can take the last module, Clinical Applications, followed by a 40-hour internship. Certification will be awarded when the students obtain their physical therapy licenses. A maximum of five students may be enrolled in a module.
We encourage physical therapy students to take advantage of the 20% discount off the tuition we are currently offering for this program.
Additional Guidelines:
- Student registration for CCRT modules will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Students must have fewer than 18 months between modules.
- Students may receive the 20% discount on the final modules of the CCRT program until their fourth year is completed.
Registration: To register at discounted physical therapy student rates, please select your courses from the Registration page and then on the Checkout page, click on the "Veterinary or PT Student Discount" button. Please note that as part of the document upload process, you will be asked to upload a copy of your student ID to show physical therapy student status.
Questions? Please contact us if you have questions about our physical therapy student options.
