this internship, as well as observing the business
and logistic side of a rehab practice cannot
be learned from writing up a case report. It
might be more expensive, as most of us must take a week off
from our practices/job and pay for travel, hotel, food,

The CRI Internship
Program gives our students the valuable opportunity
for hands-on learning under the supervision of
a veterinarian or physical therapist trained in
canine rehabilitation. This is the final step for
CCRT, CCRVN, and CCRA candidates.
Students
that have successfully completed all coursework
and passed their exams will choose a clinical mentor
from an ever-growing list of CRI-approved sites
located around the world.
Some sites do not accept
interns who are located within what they consider
to be the radius of their practice. When you contact
a practice to inquire about an internship, please
ask if there are any restrictions.
We have recently updated our internship area. Please continue to use the same password you were provided earlier to access the CCRT or CCRVN / CCRA internship area. You no longer need to enter a username to log in.
CCRT Students
A 40-hour internship
is required and it can be performed in a single
week or over the course of several. The cost typically
ranges from $100-$200 per day, which
is paid by the student directly to the sponsoring
practice.
