Responsibilities include working closely with our Director of Rehab Therapy (Krista Niebaum, MPT, CCRT) to create and implement patient treatment plans and Home Exercise programs, providing rehab therapy safely and confidently to patients with a wide range of neuro, orthopedic, and medical issues, correctly using all rehab equipment, modalities, and techniques, and overseeing rehab aides during treatments.
