Cancellation Policy
Please note that we have a new
cancellation policy that applies to all courses starting after November 1,
2013. Our
past cancellation policy still applies for courses held between January 1
and October 31, 2013. The details of both policies are provided below.
For All Courses Starting After November 1, 2013:
Cancellation Policy*
Cancellation 45 days or more before Day 1 of course:
- Credit cards will be refunded at 100% less the 3.5% credit card company
charge and the $100 cancellation fee.
- Checks will be refunded at 100% less the
$100 cancellation fee.
- The amount on deposit can be applied to a future
course less the $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 45 days before Day 1 of course:
- Credit cards will be refunded at 75% less the 3.5% surcharge made
by the credit card company.
- Checks will be refunded at 75%.
- The amount on deposit can be applied to a future
course less a $200 cancellation fee.
Note: If the tuition for a re-scheduled course is higher than for the cancelled
course, the difference will be due 60 days before the start of that course.
*Effective March 14, 2013 for all courses that start November 1, 2013
or later.
